• The screen or feature affected, such as Quran reader, translations, prayer times, bookmarks, account sign-in, reflections, games, or study groups.
• Screenshots if they help explain the issue. Do not send passwords or private authentication codes.

Account and data requests

For account deletion or app-data deletion, use the dedicated deletion route so the request is clearly labeled.
